This NF-e|NFC-e A3 certificate is valid for 3 years. It is suitable for companies that need to issue and sign electronic invoices and electronic consumer invoices, being able to indicate as the holder of the Certificate an employee who will issue and sign these invoices and are looking for a complete solution for using the digital certificate. IMPORTANT: For this certificate, you must have a card or token that complies with ICP-Brazil legislation to store the Digital Certificate. When submitting the documents, check with the Registration Agent whether the media (card or token) is suitable for issuing in our systems.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY OF OPERATING SYSTEMS WITH STORAGE DEVICES:
Due to the Mac OS system update to version 10.11, some features of your device (cards and tokens) are not operational in this new system. The same happens with the Windows 10 update (version 15.11), there is incompatibility of the new version with the devices that store your digital certificate. Device suppliers are working to solve the problem with Apple and Microsoft.
The use of the device in other versions of Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 8.1 and in versions of Mac OS X 10.9 and 10.10 remains functional.
This NF-e|NFC-e A3 certificate is valid for 36 months.
It is suitable for companies that need to issue and sign electronic invoices and electronic consumer invoices, being able to indicate as the holder of the Certificate an employee who will issue and sign these invoices and seek a complete solution for using the digital certificate with lower cost and portability .
As this Digital Certificate is only used for signing electronic invoices and electronic consumer invoices, its holder does not have powers to represent or view the company's data, declarations and information available on the Federal Revenue portal. Except if the holder of the certificate is the representative recognized by the Federal Revenue Service.
Provides legal validity to electronic acts of a legal, fiscal and financial nature. As it is an ICP-Brazil certificate, it also allows for secure identification and authentication in the digital world.

The certificate must be issued on computers with Windows Vista or higher, Internet Explorer browser (version 8 or higher) or Google Chrome, Java 7 or higher and be an administrator of the computer, in addition to having access to the internet.
To issue the certificate during the in-person validation process, you must have a card or token compatible with DOC ICP 01.01 of October 1, 2010 and know your password.

For the in-person validation process to take place, you must make your card or token available to the VALID registration agent.
If the card or token does not have enough free memory to complete the certificate issuance process, the customer must provide another device with enough free memory to continue with the in-person validation procedure and certificate issuance.
Important: From January 1, 2012, only cards and tokens compatible with SHA-2 algorithms and an RSA key size of 2048 bits will be accepted.
